Demonstrative pronouns (celui, celle, ceux, celles) replace a specific noun that was mentioned previously and must agree with it in number and gender.

Formas simples. La forma simple de los pronombres demostrativos se utiliza siempre en los siguientes casos: cuando el demostrativo va seguido de la preposición de; Les moutons dans le pré sont ceux du berger. cuando después del pronombre demostrativo sigue una oración relativa (introducida por que / qu' ).
