Isobel Jane Miller Percy, Duchess of Northumberland (née Richard; born 11 May 1958), is a British aristocrat and businesswoman. She has served as Lord Lieutenant of Northumberland since 2009, and is best known for redeveloping the Alnwick Garden at Alnwick Castle.

Ralph George Algernon Percy, 12th Duke of Northumberland, DL (born 16 November 1956), styled Lord Ralph Percy until 1995, is a British hereditary peer and rural landowner and current head of the House of Percy.

The Percy family of Alnwick Castle in Northumberland is descended from William de Percy (d. 1096), who, in 1067 as a young man, joined the army of William the Conqueror following his successful invasion of England in 1066.
Ralph inherited the dukedom of Northumberland after the death of his elder brother in 1995. As well as managing the more traditional estate businesses of agriculture, forestry and minerals, the Duke has overseen expansion of the portfolio to include planning and development and commercial property.
