Hace 21 horas · A POPULAR country pub has more than doubled its number of staff after a month-long six-figure renovation designed to revitalise the site. The Duke of Wellington in Hatfield Peverel, off the A12, closed its doors on April 15 to undergo the major works and create a new, welcoming atmosphere for visitors to enjoy.
Hace 21 horas · Fun activities for pub-goers will now be hosted each week, including bingo on Monday nights, Poker Tuesdays, quizzes on Wednesdays, senior’s day every Thursday, fish Fridays and Sunday roasts. The Duke of Wellington will be hosting an adult murder mystery night on August 1. The pub is open every day from 10am.
