The use of Plantagenet has some doubts in the first place. Royals did not use Surnames, still don't, really. In the cast of Edward IV, he's several generation from the founding of the House of York. If the War of the Roses had finalized by the Houses of Lancaster and York re combining to Plantagenet, I could, maybe see Edward IV as Plantagenet.
