Lady Elizabeth Stafford (later Duchess of Norfolk) (c. 1497 – 30 November 1558) was an English aristocrat. She was the eldest daughter of Edward Stafford, 3rd Duke of Buckingham and Lady Eleanor Percy. By marriage she became Duchess of Norfolk. Her abusive marriage to Thomas Howard, 3rd Duke of Norfolk, created a public scandal.

Elizabeth Stafford was the daughter of the ill-fated Edward Stafford, 3rd Duke of Buckingham and Eleanor Percy, eldest daughter of Henry Percy, 4th Earl of Northumberland.
By the 1530s, the marriage between Elizabeth and Norfolk had completely deteriorated, with Elizabeth stating that in March 1534, Norfolk had locked her up in a chamber. She was then moved to Hertfordshire, where they lived apart, and she complained of being imprisoned with a small allowance of £200.
