I guess we can call it 5D in a way because it is a combination of 2D and 3D (including Vector art) that was made by French animation studio Fortiche Production. Though, it is unfortunate that there isn’t a specific category to name this style with just a one word.

There is a stereotypical anime style, but Korra really does not fit in with that. Korra is far more in line with recent American animated series. It's really it's own style, but not overly stylistic or unique. It feels similar to a lot of other properties. If you want to draw in a similar style, study and replicate the concept art.
