It was under contract to Selznick that she first worked with Alfred Hitchcock, on the psychological thriller Spellbound (1945).

Also Ingmar Bergman's 'Autumn Sonata', which IMO is Ingrid's best performance. IMO, her best performance is in Gaslight (also my favourite film that she's been in along with Notorious).
