Ioánnis Metaxás ( kreik. Ιωάννης Μεταξάς, 12. huhtikuuta 1871 Ithaka – 29. tammikuuta 1941 Ateena) [1] oli kreikkalainen kenraali ja poliitikko. Hän toimi Kreikan pääministerinä sekä sotilasdiktaattorina vuosina 1936–1941. Metaxás palveli sotilaana Kreikan–Turkin sodassa vuonna 1897 ja jatkoi sotilasopintojaan Saksassa.
