29 de mar. de 2023 · Johann Ludwig Tieck, considerado uno de los más grandes hispanistas que ha dado la literatura alemana y calificado por Hebel como El rey de los románticos, vivió en una época en la que el español comenzaba a florecer por tierras germanas y su lectura y estudio causaban furor entre los intelectuales del momento.
(Berlín, 1773- id. 1853) Escritor alemán. Influido por Walkenroder, formó parte del cenáculo romántico de Jena, junto con Schlegel, Novalis y Schelling. Ludwig Tieck.
Autor de numerosos poemas, novelas y obras de teatro, además tradujo El Quijote y muchas de las obras de Shakespeare. Es reconocido mundialmente por sus cuentos populares y a sus versiones satíricas de los cuentos de hadas para teatro, como El gato con botas (1797).
Escritor y crítico literario alemán, nacido en Berlín en 1773 y fallecido en la misma ciudad en 1853, considerado una de las figuras más representativas del romanticismo germánico.
