Leopold II of Belgium. Leopold II (French: Léopold Louis Philippe Marie Victor; Dutch: Leopold Lodewijk Filips Maria Victor; 9 April 1835 – 17 December 1909) was the second King of the Belgians from 1865 to 1909, and the founder and sole owner of the Congo Free State from 1885 to 1908.

Leopoldo II de Bélgica (Léopold Louis-Philippe Marie Victor de Saxe-Cobourg et Gotha; Bruselas, 9 de abril de 1835-Laeken, 17 de diciembre de 1909) fue el segundo rey de los belgas. Sucedió a su padre, Leopoldo I, en el trono de Bélgica en 1865 y permaneció hasta su muerte.
