Little Red Riding Hood promised to obey her mother. The grandmother lived out in the woods, a half hour from the village. When Little Red Riding Hood entered the woods a wolf came up to her. She did not know what a wicked animal he was, and was not afraid of him. "Good day to you, Little Red Riding Hood." - "Thank you, wolf."
‘Little Red Riding Hood’ is a fairy tale about a young girl who wears a red cloak and encounters a wolf on her way to visit her ailing grandmother. Depending on the version of the story, the girl is either eaten by the wolf or saved by a woodsman or hunter. Despite the grisly outcome in some versions, the tale is considered a classic of children’s literature.
When Little Red Riding Hood arrived at her grandmother’s house, she noticed that the door was open. The girl went in and went to the bedroom. Usually she felt very happy at her grandma’s but that day something felt different. “Good morning!” she said, but no one replied. Her grandmother looked strange.
