Magdalen College. Magdalen is home to truly beautiful surroundings as well as a real community. Addison’s Walk and the Deer Park offer a perfect break from the library and there’s always something happening around college. Food. Our hall food is good and quite cheap. Breakfast is around £2.50 and lunch and dinner is about £4.
About the college. Magdalen has some of the most beautiful buildings in Oxford and is set in 120 acres of grounds which include the Deer Park and Addison’s riverside walk. The atmosphere is relaxed but with ambitions towards academic and extra-curricular success.
The College Choir. The Choir is one of the three foundation choirs within the University of Oxford, although most other colleges now have their own choirs. The College was founded in 1458, and in the statutes, provision was made for the eight clerks, four chaplains and sixteen choristers of Magdalen College Choir.
