To find a board on the dashboard, click Search at the top of the page or press Ctrl + F (for Windows) / Cmd + F (for Mac). Up to 25 of your most recently opened boards will appear under the search bar right away. Recently opened boards under the search bar. Start typing a board name. You will see all the boards shared with you in the current team.

You can stop sharing a board with your collaborators at any time. To change an individual user’s access: Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the board. Click Sharing settings in the share dialog. Choose the person whose rights you wish to modify, and set their new access level (edit, comment, view) or click Remove.
So, if you are a member of several teams in Miro (some of which are on Free Plan and some are on a paid/Education Plan), you have different licenses in those teams and, therefore, features available. In this case, you can switch to the upgraded team by clicking the square icons on the left-side panel of your dashboard .
