12 de ene. de 2024 · It is the most convenient way to get to Peterhof. “Hydrofoil” boats leave from Saint Petersburg city center, behind the Winter Palace, to reach the quay leading directly into the Peterhof gardens. These boats are called the “Meteor”. The journey is fast and comfortable. Price: ~ 1600 rubles for round trip.

This small town is famous because in it you will find the palaces and gardens of Peterhof, created by order of Peter the Great.
Grand Peterhof Palace. Once a formal garden built for Peter the Great, this popular park still has more than 80 of the original marble statues and sculptures and houses Peter's Summer Palace, a simply designed two-story building that now displays many of the ruler's own artifacts. This elegant baroque palace is the centre of the Peterhof estate, boasting regal facades and stunningly ornate interiors. Open: Daily, except Mondays, 10:30 am to 7 pm. Last admission is at 5:45 pm. Thursday: 10:30 am to 9 pm. Last admission is at 8 pm. Admission: RUB 600.00.
