I've seen it referenced in multiple places that when Princess Amelia died King George IV had a death mask commissioned of her as he was so fond of her, but beyond that single sentence I can't find anything online proving this actually happened and if so, where the mask is now.
Princess Amelia (1783-1810) was the youngest daughter of George III. The six daughters in the family lived secluded lives and their parents were reluctant to allow them to marry. Princess Amelia, the kings favourite daughter, suffered from poor health and from the age of 15 it became clear that she had tuberculosis. Hace 5 días · Amelia was made Ranger of Richmond Park and caused controversy by trying to close parts of it. She died "of a consumption" at her house in Cavendish Square on 31 October 1786 and was buried on 11th November.
