Richard Hamilton, CH (n. Londres; 24 de febrero de 1922 – f. 13 de septiembre de 2011 ) fue un pintor británico, pionero del arte pop británico. Tras dejar el colegio sin conseguir ningún título en su vida, entró a trabajar en una agencia publicitaria de la ciudad, mientras que acudía a clases nocturnas en el Saint Martin's School of Art y en el Westminster Technical College.
