2 de may. de 2024 · Robert the Bruce was born in July 1274 into a noble powerful Scottish family with significant holdings and influence. His dad was Robert de Brus, 6th Lord of Annandale, who held substantial lands and titles in Scotland, including the lordship of Annandale and estates in Carrick and his mum was Marjorie, Countess of Carrick.

29 de abr. de 2024 · Her sister, Amice de Clare married Baldwin de Redvers, 6th Earl of Devon and was mother of Baldwin de Redvers, 7th Earl of Devon and Isabella de Fortibus, Countess of Devon. Marriage Isabella was married on 12 May 1240 (at age thirteen and a half) to Robert de Brus, 5th Lord of Annandale.
