Hace 4 días · Since German reunification[edit] In 1990 Magdeburg became the capital of the new state of Saxony-Anhalt within reunified Germany. Huge parts of the city and its centre were also rebuilt in a modern style. Its economy is one of the fastest-growing in the former East German states.

This beautiful community is approximately 130 kilometers west of Berlin and is situated on the West bank of the Elbe River, approximately 12 kilometers northeast of Stendal.
