The College of St John the Evangelist or St John's Theological College, is the residential theological college of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia.

Although St John’s was a provincial or national college it operated almost exclusively at this time as an Auckland diocesan college. The founding of Te Rau College in Gisborne in 1883, with the help of the Church Missionary Society, resulted in most Maori students preparing for ministry going there.
At St John's College, we provide a first class education, a comprehensive arts offering and an outstanding sports programme within a richly diverse community. We will ensure that your son not only achieves in school but has a skill set that is relevant to the world he lives in, now and into the future.
The study programme involves a full 40 hours per week on average and runs from mid-February through until mid-November. It includes an initial wananga made up of orientation, study skills and introductory course/s, two academic semesters and a summer block of 5-6 weeks.
