Scam scam. I bought a dryer hair brush on December 2023, and I used it twice and it broke down, I contact then but never get any response. They just asked me for pictures and recept after that no response. Totally scams. Date of experience: December 31, 2023

Basically, it is a scam, as the flat iron I purchased is not what was demonstrated on my hair. The flat iron pulls my hair, and will not straighten or curl my hair. The salesperson started off at $300, then $189, then $129, and finally $89.

There were plenty of reviews on the Better Business Bureau as well as other sites claiming that they scam their customers in a tactic called the "bait and switch" where they use a different item...

US. 2 days ago. Bait and switch Holyoke mall. Pulled me and sister aside and did the demo. Claimed it doesn't use heat, and only takes 15 minutes etc. Got home after purchasing it definitely uses heat and it took more than 30 minutes multiple passes through unlike the demo product.
