1 de may. de 2024 · The Old Library Redevelopment Project commenced in 2021. Restoration and construction works are due to start at the end of 2025. The newly conserved Old Library will include a new Research Collections Study Centre on the ground floor.

Now known as the Old Library, it was designed by Thomas Burgh and completed in 1732, and is home to 200,000 ancient texts including the famous Book of Kells .
