The INFOTECH Master's program has served the Information Society's needs for highly qualified and motivated engineers for more than twenty years. It offers a unique blend of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology courses within one program. The program offers four specializations:
Incoming students, who would like to write a Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis at our university, are required to apply for a 1-year exchange (2 semesters): 1st semester: You will take courses and look independently for a project and a supervisor during your exchange semester (or before).

As a consecutive program for graduate students, the Master Courses in Material Science require an approriate Bachelor degree. Beside the dedicated material topics (e.g. physical metallurgy, crystallography, materials chemistry, mechanisms of mechanical strength, polymeric materials, ceramics), a qualifying bachelor program must have a strong record in natural science and mathematics.
