On a combined bachelor course, you will study two subjects (core subject between 90 and 120 credit points, secondary subject with 60 credit points). Courses with teacher training are always combined bachelor’s courses.

Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin accepts applications from prospective students who have obtained their university entrance qualification abroad and are interested in studying at a university (intended degree: Preparatory college (Studienkolleg) with subsequent studies, bachelor's degree, state examination, master's degree), pre-checked by uni-assist.

In addition, "Berufswissenschaften" (a set of modules covering the pedagogic methodology of the chosen subjects, educational topics and German as a Foreign Language) will have to be taken.
