19 de abr. de 2023 · Hội An Ancient Town is a UNESCO Heritage Site in Vietnam that is known for its well-preserved architecture and historical significance. It is located in the central part of the country, and was a major trading port from the 15th to the 19th century, as well as a cultural and commercial hub for the region.
It was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999. Hoi An was recently ranked third among the list of the world’s top 25 cities in 2020 by Travel+Leisure Magazine. It is the result of the magazine’s annual survey of readers’ travel experiences in the cities they’ve been to.
11 de mar. de 2024 · Trang An Ninh Binh Vietnam, also known as Trang An Eco-Tourism Site, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that spans over 10,000 hectares. It is part of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, which includes Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, the complex of Trang An – Tam Coc – Bich Dong, and the special-use primeval forest of Hoa Lu.
Vietnam nabbed the coveted World's Leading Heritage Destination 2023 title by World Travel Awards yet again. The country’s claimed this accolade three times before: in 2019, 2020 and 2022. Vietnam has surpassed several strong nominees such as Armenia, Brazil, Egypt, Greece, Japan and Saudi Arabia to be crowned World's Leading Heritage Destination in 2023.
