Viscount De L'Isle, of Penshurst in the County of Kent, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1956 for William Sidney, 6th Baron de L'Isle and Dudley, VC, KG, GCMG, GCVO (1909–1991).

Philip John Algernon Sidney, 2nd Viscount De L'Isle, CVO, MBE, DL (born 21 April 1945), is a British peer and former soldier. Life and career. Lord De L'Isle is the only son of William Sidney, 1st Viscount De L'Isle VC, and his wife Jacqueline (née Vereker), a daughter of Field Marshal John Vereker, 6th Viscount Gort.

At the British Embassy, Paris, on 24 March 1966 he had married Margaret Eldrydd Bailey, née Shoubridge, widow of the 3rd Baron Glanusk. Viscount De L’Isle died on 5 April 1991 at Penshurst Place, London, and was buried in the family vault. His wife and the son and four daughters of his first marriage survived him.
