Emilio Estevez, Kiefer Sutherland, Lou Diamond Phillips, Charlie Sheen, Dermot Mulroney (as Dirty Steve Stephens), and Casey Siemaszko brought a particular 1880s moxie to the screen that is rarely replicated.

Young Guns is about as ‘80s as westerns get. The cast. The musical score. The way the action is shot. I am not sure if the film has aged well or not, but it really doesn’t matter. My biggest takeaway is how much Casey Siemaszko and Dermot Mulroney steal the damn movie.
