Volkswagen introduced a series of large luxury models throughout the 1960 and 70s—comprising the Type 3 , Type 4 and the K70 —to supplement the Beetle, but none of these models achieved the level of success that it did.

He strengthened the crown and Parliament against the old feudal nobility.

In the spring of 1304, Edward conducted negotiations with the rebel Scottish leaders on the king's behalf and, when these failed, he joined his father for the siege of Stirling Castle .
