1 de may. de 2024 · The FIS Alpine Ski World Cup is the top international circuit of alpine skiing competitions, launched in 1966 by a group of ski racing friends and experts which included French journalist Serge Lang and the alpine ski team directors from France (Honore Bonnet) and the USA ( Bob Beattie ). Miller was born in the heart of the White Mountains.
1 de may. de 2024 · Hermann Maier (born December 7, 1972, Flachau, Austria) is an Austrian skier who won two gold medals at the 1998 Olympic Winter Games in Nagano, Japan, and one silver at the 2006 Games in Turin, Italy. As a child Maier idolized the great World Cup skiers of the day, including fellow countryman Franz Klammer.
