Albert Salmi (March 11, 1928 – April 22, 1990) was an American actor of stage, film, and television. Best known for his work as a character actor, he appeared in over 150 film and television productions.

25 de abr. de 1990 · Veteran stage and screen actor Albert Salmi shot and killed his estranged wife and then shot and killed himself, police said Tuesday. Police found the bodies of Salmi, 62, and Roberta Salmi, 55, at their South Hill home Monday night. It appeared the deaths occurred between late Saturday and early Sunday, said Lt. Robert Van Leuven.

23 de abr. de 1990 · Albert Salmi served in the United States Army before studying Method acting with Lee Strasberg. Following a stint on stage, including a role in "Bus Stop" on Broadway, his film debut came in 1958 alongside Yul Brynner and William Shatner in "The Brothers Karamazov."
