La región de Bohemia Central (en alemán: Mittelböhmische Region, pronunciado /ˈmɪtl̩bøːmɪʃə ʁeˈɡi̯oːn/; en checo: Středočeský kraj) es una unidad administrativa ( kraj) de la República Checa, situada en la parte central de la región histórica de Bohemia.
With an area of 11,014 km 2, the Central Bohemian Region is the largest region of the Czech Republic, occupying 14% of its total area. The region has relatively diversified terrain. The highest point of the region is located on Tok hill (865 m [4] ) in Brdy Highlands in the southwestern part of the region.

Bohemia thus remains a historical region, and its administration is divided between Prague and the Central Bohemian, Plzeň, Karlovy Vary, Ústí nad Labem, Liberec, and Hradec Králové regions, as well as most of the Pardubice and South Bohemian region, and parts of the Vysočina and South Moravian regions.
