Admiral Sir Alexander Robert Maule Ramsay, GCVO, KCB, DSO (29 May 1881 – 8 October 1972) was a Royal Navy officer. He was the husband of Princess Patricia of Connaught , the youngest child of Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught and Strathearn , third son of Queen Victoria .

Now the presidium of the UPC has appointed Ramsay as its registrar, a post he could hold for a renewable term of up to six years.

12 de feb. de 2024 · Alexander Ramsay, registrar of the Court and former chairman of the UPC’s preparatory committee, has said this in an interview with Kluwer IP Law. According to Ramsay, the court is working hard and spending a lot of resources to remedy ‘three layers of difficulties’. Another challenge, he says, is to facilitate the fast growth of the Court.
