Alfred Thompson Denning, Baron Denning, OM, PC, DL (23 January 1899 – 5 March 1999), was an English barrister and judge. He was called to the bar of England and Wales in 1923 and became a King's Counsel in 1938.

Baron Alfred Tom Denning, OM, PC, DL (23 January 1899 – 5 March 1999) was a British barrister and judge. A graduate of both Mathematics and Law from Magdalen College, Oxford, he is remembered for his extraordinarily passionate judicial advocacy and for crafting judgments that put social justice at the heart of jurisprudence.
