Alianore Holland, Countess of March (also spelt Eleanor; [citation needed] 13 October 1370 – October 1405) was the eldest daughter of Thomas Holland, 2nd Earl of Kent, and the wife of Roger Mortimer, 4th Earl of March, heir presumptive to her uncle, King Richard II.

La custodia de Mortimer fue inicialmente concedida a Arundel, pero después se transfirió Thomas Holland, Conde de Kent, hijo de en 1384 y se acordó el matrimonio en 6000 marcos. Thomas Holland (1350 – 25 avril 1397), comte de Kent, est un noble anglais et un conseiller de son demi-frère Richard II. Il est fils de Thomas, baron Holland, et de Jeanne Plantagenêt, comtesse de Kent, elle-même fille d'Edmond de Woodstock, comte de Kent, et de Marguerite Wake.
