Alice Parkin Massey (1 July 1879 – 29 July 1950) was a Canadian philanthropist and the wife of Vincent Massey, who became Governor General of Canada shortly after Alice Massey's death. Born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of George and Annie Parkin.

Alice Massey (aunt) Lionel Massey (cousin) Daniel Raymond Massey (10 October 1933 – 25 March 1998) was an English actor and performer. He is possibly best known for his starring role in the British TV drama The Roads to Freedom, as Daniel, alongside Michael Bryant.
