El distrito administrativo de Biel/Bienne (en alemán: Verwaltungskreis Biel, en francés Arrondissement administratif de Bienne) es uno de los 10 nuevos distritos administrativos del cantón de Berna, ubicado al noroeste del cantón en la nueva región administrativa del Seeland.
The present Biel/Bienne Verwaltungskreis ("administrative district") was created on 1 January 2010, consisting of the entirety of one former Amtsbezirke ("district"), Biel, about half of another, Nidau and three municipalities of Büren.

It consists of the village of Biel/Bienne, Vingelz (since 1900), Bözingen (since 1917), Madretsch and Mett (both since 1920). On 31 December 2009 Amtsbezirk Biel, the municipality's former district, was dissolved. On the following day, 1 January 2010, it joined the newly created Verwaltungskreis Biel/Bienne.
