Escritora polaca-israelí, Ida Fink ha recibido numerosos premios a lo largo de su carrera literaria, como el Israel de Literatura, el Anna Frank, el Buchman o el Sapir. La mayor parte de su obra gira en torno al Holocausto y la II Guerra Mundial. Su obra Primavera 1941 fue llevada al cine en 2010.
