15 de nov. de 2023 · In September 1658, Sophia Dorothea married her third cousin on her mother’s side, Ernst August, the youngest son of Georg, Duke of Brunswick-Lűneburg and his wife, Anne Eleonore of Hesse-Darmstadt. Sophia Dorothea was previously betrothed to his brother Georg Wilhelm, but he called off the wedding.
