Hace 2 días · On further research this is apparently one of the most photographed tanks of ww1 & i have tried to find an exact match at this angle & haven’t been able to do so…which leads me to believe this is my great Uncle’s own image.
Hace 4 días · Lady Laverton died in 1893 and bequeathed the manor to Col. Henry Arthur Lascelles, who was succeeded in 1913 by his son Edward Charles Ponsonby Lascelles, O.B.E. CHURCH. The church of ALL SAINTS stands south of the Manor House, the grounds of which surround the churchyard on three sides.
