亞瑟·拉克姆（Arthur Rackham，1867年9月19日—1939年9月6日）是一位英國插畫家。 他是英國從1900年代開始至一戰前的插畫「黃金時代」代表畫家之一。 死後名聲愈大，作品也常被各種賀卡採用。
Arthur Rackham (19 septembre 1867 - 6 septembre 1939), est un artiste britannique, illustrateur de nombreux livres. Rackham est né à Londres dans une famille qui compte douze enfants. À 18 ans, il travaille comme employé au « Westminster Fire Office » et commence à étudier à l’École d’Art de Lambeth.
Nació en Londres el 19 de septiembre de 1867. Cursó estudios en la Escuela de Arte Lambeth, especializándose en la ilustración de cuentos. En 1903 se casó con Edyth Starkie, con quien tuvo una hija. Rackham ganó una medalla de oro en la Exhibición Internacional de Milán en 1906 y otra en la Exposición Internacional de Barcelona en 1911.
Arthur Rackham ilustrował wiele książek, jednak do najważniejszych prac zaliczyć można: Baśnie braci Grimm (wydanie z 1900 roku), Alicja w Krainie Czarów , Tales from Shakespeare . Jego rysunki znalazły się także w utworach dla dorosłych, takich jak Sen nocy letniej ( 1908 ).
