Sir Aston Webb (1849–1930) was a prominent British architect renowned for his contributions to the architectural landscape of the United Kingdom. Born on May 22, 1849, in Clapham, London, Webb displayed an early passion for design and architecture, leading him to pursue formal training at the Royal Academy Schools.

Sir Aston Webb had been president of RIBA and had been elected as a full member of the Royal Academy. Webb was neither a student at the Ecole nor officially trained as a Beaux Arts student. Nevertheless, Webb was a highly regarded French Classicism architect known for mixing French, Gothic, Victorian, and Renaissance styles.
