Reinhold von Buxhoeveden (* um 1480 in Livland; † Mai 1557 auf der Bischofsburg Schloss Lohde) war von 1532 bis 1541 Bischof des Bistums Ösel-Wiek in Estland. Er war nach Hermann II. von Buxhoeveden (1230–1285) der zweite Vertreter seiner Familie, der dieses Amt bekleidete.

Reinhold von Buxhoeveden was bishop of the Bishopric of Saare-Lääne or Ösel–Wiek , a semi-independent Roman Catholic prince-bishopric in what is now Saare, Hiiu and Lääne counties of Estonia, from 1532 to 1541. He was the second member of the Buxhoeveden family to serve as bishop of Saare-Lääne.

Reinhold von Buxhoeveden's coat of arms at Koluvere castle. The castle is built on an artificial island created in a dammed up part of Liivi river. The high, square-shaped tower belongs to the oldest part of the castle and probably dates from the early 13th century, making it one of the oldest castle towers in Estonia.
