Bad Ems-Nassau is a Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") in the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The seat of the Verbandsgemeinde is in Bad Ems. It was formed on 1. January 2019 by the merger of the former Verbandsgemeinden Bad Ems and Nassau .
Bad Ems ist eine verbandsangehörige Stadt an der unteren Lahn und Sitz der Kreisverwaltung des Rhein-Lahn-Kreises in Rheinland-Pfalz. Zugleich ist die Stadt Bad Ems Verwaltungssitz der Verbandsgemeinde Bad Ems-Nassau sowie Sitz des Statistischen Landesamtes Rheinland-Pfalz.
Pleasure & culture. Historic Spa District. Since July 24, Bad Ems is part of the UNESCO World Heritage! On 24 July 2021, UNESCO decided to recognise Bad Ems as part of the "Great Spa Towns of Europe" World Heritage Site. The spa town on the Lahn has thus received the highest international distinction that can be bestowed on a cultural site.

Bad Ems was the seat of Bad Ems collective municipality, which has been merged into the Bad Ems-Nassau collective municipality.

A stone in the flower bed not far from the banks of the Lahn reminds us that on the morning of 13 July 1870 at exactly 9.10 a.m. a chapter of European history began which was to help the spa town of Bad Ems to gain an eternal place in the history books. This event has become known under the term "Emser Depesche".
