Rudolph of Anhalt-Zerbst (Harzgerode, 28 October 1576 – Zerbst, 30 July 1621), was a German prince of the House of Ascania and ruler of the unified Principality of Anhalt. From 1603, he was ruler of the principality of Anhalt-Zerbst .

Rodolfo de Anhalt-Zerbst (en alemán, Rudolf von Anhalt-Zerbst; Harzgerode, 28 de octubre de 1576-Zerbst, 20 de agosto de 1621) fue un príncipe alemán de la Casa de Ascania y gobernante del principado unificado de Anhalt. Desde 1603, fue gobernante del principado de Anhalt-Zerbst.
The last prince of the original line of Anhalt-Bernburg died in 1468 and his lands were inherited by the princes of the sole remaining line, that of Anhalt-Zerbst. The territory belonging to this branch of the family had been divided in 1396, and after the acquisition of Bernburg Prince George I made a further partition of Zerbst (Zerbst and Dessau).
