The Respect Issue was the last LP to feature rhythm guitarist Ben Lionetti and drummer Joe Lionetti. In 2009, Emmure released its third studio album, Felony . Felony featured a new line introducing drummer Mike Kaabe and guitarist Mike Mulholland. Unlike most of the band’s previous LP releases, Felony featured the nu-metal sound.
