1. Research Modern and Contemporary Lit (3 credits) Italian GR9103 Guided reading and research on a topic or in a field chosen by the student in consultation with a member of the faculty. 2. Senior Thesis/Tutorial (3 credits) Italian UN3993 Prerequisites: the faculty advisers permission. Senior thesis or tutorial project consisting of independent scholarly work in an area of study of the student’s choosing, under the supervision of a member of the faculty.

Fletcher is pleased to announce that Dr. Elisabeth Leake will join the school’s faculty as the Lee E. Dirks Chair in Diplomatic History, beginning Aug. 1, 2022. She will also join the school’s Murrow Center on Public Diplomacy.
