Birgit Cunningham (born 6 January 1963) is a British-American events organiser, activist, and campaigner for the rights of single mothers. Early life. Cunningham was born in San Francisco, the daughter of a treasurer of the Bank of America and a German-born mother, and is the eldest of three daughters.
