You can climb the spiral staircase inside the tower to see all over Bristol, from the Clifton Suspension Bridge to the SS Great Britain. The park itself is also a lovely spot.

27 de abr. de 2024 · Bristol Rovers were founded in 1883 under the name Black Arabs Football Club, so-called because they shared a home field with the Arabs Rugby Club and they wore predominantly black jerseys. A year later, in 1884, the football club decided to forge their own identity and renamed themselves Eastville Rovers, after the Eastville area of Bristol where they had their headquarters. [2]

14 de abr. de 2024 · No visit to Bristol is complete without a visit to a traditional British pub, where you can order a nice lager or ale. Try the Bath Gem, a local ale that tastes fantastic. Bristol has many pubs, but I recommend visiting the Hatchet Inn. The building dates from 1606, and it’s a Grade II building. It is the oldest operating pub in Bristol.
