30 de abr. de 2024 · Brunswick Stew. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the diced onions and the garlic, and saute until the onions are translucent, about 15 minutes. Stir in the cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of vinegar sauce and 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce.
23 de abr. de 2024 · Any large pot will work. Cover the bird with water and place it on the stove. I start out on High heat and let the water come up to a rolling boil. Then, I reduce the heat down to Medium and let the bird cook at a low boil for about one hour, or until it’s done, checking it about every 15 minutes or so.
