Georgiana Carolina Fox, 1st Baroness Holland, of Holland (27 March 1723 – 24 July 1774), known as Lady Caroline Lennox before 1744 and as Lady Caroline Fox from 1744 to 1762, was the eldest of the Lennox sisters.

Caroline Fox, 1st Baroness Holland (1723–1774), Emily FitzGerald, Duchess of Leinster (1731–1814), Lady Louisa Conolly (1743–1821), Lady Sarah Lennox (1745–1826) They all married prominent men and attracted varying degrees of admiration or notoriety. A fifth sister died aged 19, and three others in childhood.
The same year saw Caroline raised to the title of Baroness Holland by the king, a year before Henry Fox, already secretary of state and speaker of the House of Commons, was made Baron Holland. Of the four Lennox sisters, the eldest was Georgiana Carolina Fox, 1st Baroness Holland, better known as Lady Caroline Lennox or Lady Caroline Fox depending on the period of her life. She had two decades over her youngest sisters and used her head start to get the ball rolling on the Lennox sisters' famously scandalous behavior.
