Charles Allen (born 1977) [1] is an American politician in Washington, D.C. A member of the Democratic Party, Allen has served on the Council of the District of Columbia for Ward 6 since January 2, 2015. Allen initially won office in the 2014 general election, and was re-elected in 2018.
